Dear All

Due to the fact that the pool of places in the ARCHE ZAMEK Biskupi Hotel in Janów Podlaski and in the Cieleśnica Palace Hotel has run out, we propose to book accommodation in the POLONIA Hotel in Biała Podlaska. We provide transport.

NOTICE:

Due to the exhaustion of places at the Bishop’s Castle Hotel in Janów Podlaski, we recommend making reservations at hotel facilities nearby.
On the evenings of June 13 and 14, we provide transportation from the hotels to the Bishop’s Castle Hotel for dinner and also return transportation.

Twin Standard room – PLN 260 per night
Large Twin room – PLN 380 per night
1 Classic Suite – 450 zł per night

    Uczestnik może wycofać swój udział w kongresie bez ponoszenia kosztów składając pisemne oświadczenie do 1 tygodnia przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia. Przez pisemne oświadczenie uznaje się przesłanie wiadomości email z adresu, z którego została dokonana rezerwacja na adres: biuro@intermodalinpoland.eu

    Zgłoszenie przesłane do 1 tygodnia przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia - bezpłatne odwołanie rezerwacji lub zwrot 100% wpłaconej należności.

    Zgłoszenie przesłane w trakcie 1 tygodnia poprzedzającego wydarzenie - odwołanie rezerwacji - zwrot 50% wpłaconej należności.

    A participant may withdraw his/her participation in the conference at no cost by submitting a written statement up to 1 week before the event. By a written statement is considered to be sending an email from the address from which the reservation was made to: biuro@intermodalinpoland.eu

    Application sent up to 1 week before the start of the event - free cancellation of the reservation or refund of 100% of the paid fee.

    Notification sent during the 1 week prior to the event - cancellation of the reservation - refund of 50% of the paid fee.
