We’ve been driving intermodal transport for six years.
In June 2026, we will gather at the largest and most spectacular event in the intermodal transport industry – the INTERMODAL IN POLAND Congress. The previous edition attracted a record number of 500 participants. We want to continue this exceptional streak and invite you to the Bishop’s Castle (Zamek Biskupi) in Janów Podlaski for three days filled with presentations, engaging debates, networking, and special events such as study visits and exhibitions. The enduring popularity of the INTERMODAL IN POLAND Congress obliges us to ensure the highest level of organisation and content. We will strive to ensure that the upcoming edition, as always, presents the most important trends in our industry, facilitates the exchange of intermodal know-how, supports wise decision-making, and helps establish valuable business contacts. We will also strive to prepare new events – we plan a study visit to the new terminal at the Małaszewicze Port, a trip to the world-famous horse farm, and an exhibition of the latest equipment. During the event, we will also find time to celebrate, in distinguished company, the regaining of city rights by the town that has hosted us continuously for six years, the magnificent Janów Podlaski.
In June 2026, all modal transport routes will lead to the 6th INTERMODAL IN POLAND Congress. You also can participate in the most important and influential event in our industry! We invite you!
For the sixth time, we are arranging the INTERMODAL IN POLAND Congress in Janów Podlaski, but this time it's the first in the latest chapter of this town's history. Yes, a town, because on 1 January 2026, Janów has regained its town rights, which it once held as Janów Biskupi for over 560 years. We are proud that our event will highlight the grandeur of the celebrations associated with this momentous event. The INTERMODAL IN POLAND participants highly value the event's location. Held annually in the Bishop's Castle, the Congress combines tradition with modernity, elegance, and functionality. It is also closely linked to other attractive locations in the region – the Janów Podlaski stud farm and the Małaszewicze Transshipment Area. A spectacular national event like our Congress requires an equally prestigious setting. Janów Podlaski and the welcoming spaces of the Bishop's Castle provide this annually.
Study visits to the Małaszewicze Transshipment Area have become a tradition for INTERMODAL IN POLAND. This time, we will tour the new terminal, and during the visit, we will have the opportunity to talk with the facility's managers and see the latest solutions closer. The port's convenient location and its role in the global supply chain make the trip a practical and highly anticipated "interlude" during the Congress. Trips to Małaszewicze are highly rated by congress participants every year. For many of them, this is a unique opportunity to see how the most important "dry port" in this part of Europe operates in practice. In 2025, we also visited the horse stud farm in Janów – this will be the case again in the upcoming edition, as this trip proved to be a "bullet hit" and garnered many favourable reviews.
The Congress is the largest and most respected meeting of the intermodal industry, enjoying unwavering popularity for six years. We break attendance records year after year. During the last edition, we hosted nearly 500 people from a distinguished and elite group of experts and practitioners – representatives of rail carriers, logistics operators, IT technology and solution providers, terminal operators, infrastructure managers, ports, freight forwarders, customs agencies, public administration, local governments, and diplomacy. In this changing world, we can be certain of one thing – that INTERMODAL IN POLAND consistently attracts audiences with its high-level debate and organisational scale.
The foundation of every congress-level event is the exchange of knowledge and experiences. Every INTERMODAL IN POLAND participant leaves Janów Podlaski confident that they have spent the three days of the Congress in a valuable and unique way. Since the first INTERMODAL IN POLAND, we have placed great importance on creating an atmosphere that fosters the establishment of business relationships and the sharing of know-how. Networking, so valued by meeting participants, allows for informal discussions about professional experiences and challenges, and even provides ready-made tips and solutions that can be applied in everyday work. Networking sessions help integrate the community, inspire and motivate action and success!
From the outset, the Congress has been accompanied by additional events that complement the event's agenda. This will continue in 2026. We have planned numerous exhibitions and presentations that will fill the space in front of the Bishop's Castle. Some of the Congress partners, of whom there were nearly 70 in the previous edition, are presenting modern solutions and innovative technologies successfully used in the intermodal transport and logistics industry. Demonstrations of cutting-edge equipment are inspiring, they provide an opportunity for informal conversations, and sometimes even lead to a meeting with a future customer Who knows, perhaps during such a presentation you'll see something that will help you refresh your company's offerings, improve its efficiency, or gain a competitive advantage?
The INTERMODAL IN POLAND Congress programme always positively surprises with its selection of topics and experts. Immediately after the conclusion of one edition, we start to work on assembling a team of panellists and experts whose task is to prepare an ambitious, valuable, and, most importantly, topical agenda for the next event. We always consult extensively on the topics of debates and presentations to ensure that no "hot" topics in the industry are missed. The event's reputation and popularity within the industry attract a group of renowned speakers. In the 2026 edition, we will discuss topics such as: the latest trends in modal transport, the impact of geopolitics on global supply chains, the digitalization of services, artificial intelligence, business resilience, investment financing and decarbonisation.
Price valid for registrations submitted between 1 January and 28 February 2026.
