Cancellation Conditions:

A participant may withdraw his/her participation in the conference at no cost by submitting a written statement up to 1 week before the event. By a written statement is considered to be sending an email from the address from which the reservation was made to: biuro@intermodalinpoland.eu

Application sent up to 2 weeks before the start of the event - free cancellation of the reservation or refund of 100% of the paid fee.

Notification sent during the 2 weeks prior to the event - cancellation of the reservation - refund of 50% of the paid fee.
